Courage and Fear

Fear is an emotional response to a perceived threat. It is a basic survival mechanism occurring in response to a specific stimulus, such as pain or the threat of danger.

Its not bad at all, fear makes you sharp in the presence of danger. Makes you think faster heightens reflex, even makes you stronger. Pumps adrenaline onto the system it gives you the fight or flight mechanism. Its just basic instinct. Designed to keep us from harms way. Unfortunately fear also tells us not to do stuff that were suppose to do. Nowadays we fear insignificant stuff.

Hence "Courage is not the absense of fear courage is acting in spite of fear."
Usually the people who do nothing in there lives are just scared as scared as people who take great risks in their lives. Why be scared of insignificant stuff? Like talking to that person your interested in. That person won't bite you (not unless he has mental problem).

Do you know that cartoon, "Courage the cowardly dog" he is a coward, but because of his love for his master. He does he best against Aliens,Ghost and monsters..he fights them with all his might now that is courage.

"A man who says he fears none does not know how to love"
