When you get angry or upset remember this, its not the people who make you angry
its your thoughts about them. Whatever it is that makes you angry their just thoughts in your head and you can control them. You can change that thought.=)

The time and place to make a new start is right where you are.
Think about it before you go and quit your job or move to a new place try changing how you think or how you view and do things.

When you want your situation to be different change your actions, usually same actions gets the same result. Different action different result. Go ahead and try it out.

Be disciplined on doing small things, like brushing your teeth at night even though you’re really tired.
If you do the little things like brushing your teeth or exercising regularly you can get more out of life.
